I am a product design leader with over ten years experience developing new digital products and services. I find it particularly rewarding to bring user-centered innovation to industries that are deeply ingrained in our day to day lives. Some of my biggest strengths are facilitating shared vision setting and identifying ways to align customer needs and business outcomes.
